The renovation project consisted of site improvements to improve accessibility, interior renovations of group toilets and entrances, provision of a vertical platform lift, and replacing lighting, flooring, marker boards and tack boards and painting in classrooms. During construction the Owner opted to carry out hearing impaired modifications to several classrooms.
